As someone who had just seen the Japanese movie Battle Royale, a strange movie that has the Japanese government taking randomly chosen 9th grade classes, setting them on a deserted island and forcing to kill each other until there’s only one survivor, I figured I had seen my weekly dose of crazy.
Capcom has just proven me wrong.
On their Japanese webpage for Dead Rising: Chop Til You Drop (http://www.capcom.co.jp/deadrising_wii/top.html), Capcom posted a new trailer featuring various Dead Rising characters rocking out with Japanese punk band Gagaga SP. The video is pretty funny, containing violence, awkward dancing, and of course, zombies. The only problem: it contains way more corpses than the tens of zombies previously seen in other trailers. Maybe they could’ve had the Japanese equivalent of Limp Bizkit get zombified and throw a concert to give the seemingly empty feeling of the Wii version, all while inciting more undead anger and violence.
