Good news for those Final Fantasy fans, it appears as though after years and years of hearing about Final Fantasy XIII, there is finally a date to look forward to. Reuters is reporting that Square-Enix announced dates for the next installment of the series. If you are in Japan, look forward to it this year. If you are in any other place look forward to it hitting stores around April 2010 at the earliest. The difference in dates is most likely due to the fact that Japan isn’t getting an Xbox 360 version of the game, while the Europe and US will. So whether this is good news or bad news, at least it is news. At least now there is a real date to shoot for.
