The long rumored game from EA, Harmonix and Apple has finally got a teaser site, pricing and a release date. Now that is a ton of commas in one sentence, so here is all the information you need. The picture I tagged for this story gives us the release date, 09.09.09, that would make the Beatles proud. The titles is somewhat interesting though and conflicts everything said by Harmonix, Beatles: Rock Band. Originally they said it was not a Rock Band game, but then I guess they released that the brand is important for sales, but throwing the most popular band ever into the title will sell you some copies.
As for the price, the super ultimate bundle will cost you a whopping $250. This is a staggering amount of money, more expensive than the two of the consoles it will be released on. Obviously that included the big three, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii. I wonder if the instruments will be white for the Wii again this time around. Now that Harmonix has a Rock Band music store for the Wii, all three titles are very similar, minus the HD factor. As for the teaser site, that picture above is it, zippo, nadda, nothing, thanks guys. There will also be a stand alone copy of the game for $60 and a guitar only version for $100. Can’t wait to see the sales of this beast. This could be the title that breaks the overlord that is Guitar Hero, but only time will tell. If I play my goddamned guitar to yesterday I will finally come out of the closet.
NO, my mom might play but if u think a true gamer is going to play PS I love you they are seriously mistaken. We are gamers not homos. We are not our parents and we refuse to play 1960′s music. If my parents are playing that’s cool but how many parents are really gonna play? Cancel this title cause its so stupid.
