Those of you gamers who are without access to the internets and you want the recently released Fallout 3 DLC, your wait will soon be over. The first two packs, the Pitt and Operation Anchorage, will be pressed on a disk for your pleasure. The story on 1UP says that the retail version of the DLC will hit store shelves on May 29th, but this confuses me because the newest DLC pack, Broken Steel, will be released on May 5th. I don’t now what they are thinking, but I bet they are looking at the total sales data and then how many DLC downloads there were, which shows that there are a ton of people who don’t have the DLC and maybe want it.
The cost, according to Amazon is 20 bucks (for PC and Xbox 360), so you aren’t really saving anything. But you will be gaining a free Pip Boy poster, which will be a nice collectors item in about a quarter century. We will let you know if we get true confirmation in the future.
