Arguably one of the founding fathers of video games is officially keynoting the LA Games Conference. Nolan Bushnell has been quiet on the front of video games for sometime now but The LAGC will herald at least a short return to the spotlight for the man. He will be offering his opinion on the current generation of consoles and just generally where he thinks the industry as a whole is headed. Part of me cannot help but wonder if he will provide free Chuckie Cheese pizza for the keynote. While that may only be a dream, I can still hope….
Mr. Bushnell is not the only one big dog to be delivering a keynote at LAGC, additional speakers will include PopCap front man David Roberts, Benchmark Capitol partner Mitch Lasky, and Qualcomm exec Mike Yuen.
Times like these that I wish I wasn’t a poor college kid on the East Coast, it’s going to be a good one this year folks!
