While this reporter works tirelessly to get involved with the Champions Online Beta, information and new content videos are constantly rolling out. Yesterday, the Champions team released the game’s specs. They are choosing not to require too hefty a machine to play this game. Those of us who remember the launch of Star Wars Galaxies will tell you this is a very good thing.

The recommended configuration is just a little stronger in the CPU, Memory and Video departments, but not by very much. It looks like even the common players will be able to have fun with this one. Gamers rejoice as Cryptic overthrows the oppression of the hardware bourgeoisie! Viva la Revolución!
