If you’re still wondering whether Brutal Legend will end up being the heavy-metal homage that you’re hoping for, the best way to tell is to play through the demo. EA and Double Fine just announced that the demo will be released in September. That means its right around the corner!
However, the catch is that gamers will be required to reserve a copy of Brutal Legend at a retailer in order to gain the access code for the game. Lame? I agree. It is my assumption that the demo will also be available to those who do not have the game reserved some time later, but at least this way we will have an opportunity to hear everyone’s opinions on an extremely anticipated platformer based in a fantasy metal world.
