When you hear the name, "2K Games,"  your mind probably jumps to one of two things: Bioshock or Oblivion. 2K is a subsidary of Take-Two productions, and has been around for five years now. In that five years they have published almost 40 different titles, but relatively few have gained any sort of notoriety among hard core gamers. The Family Guy Video Game and Ghost Rider I suppose, just did not ... more.

After a few hiccups with getting the podcast up on our servers, episode 7 is finally here. Unfortunately, Matt could not join us this time thanks to some audio issues with Skype, but we manage to put out a decent episode with just the two of us running on 3-4 hours of sleep. Arsen and I talk about what we've been playing, which includes a bit of God of War III, the Splinter Cell: Conviction demo, ... more.

All right so I've been sitting on this for about a week now. And I gotta tell ya... there was a reason for that. Remember how I said something about any news that might come up I'll report on it. Well... yeah... There really wasn't any. But what there were a lot of comics and what made this con special was the amount of people truly devoted to them. So instead of trying to exaggerate any minor ne... more.

  • Risen Review 0 CommentsPosted by Jon Huie on March 7, 2010 under Featured Content, Xbox 360 Reviews
When I was asked to review Risen, I actually had not even heard of the game before. It was made by Piranha Bytes, the developers responsible for the Gothic series, and had been released last year on the PC. While there are definitely some graphical hangups and some minor control issues, Risen ended up impressing me more than I thought it would. Though I can't recommend this game to just anyone, pe... more.

The Comic Con that won't give up. Now I know that sounds a bit extreme, but here in New York the weather has been just that.
