It seems the $50 million Microsoft payed to Rockstar to have Grand Theft Auto 4's DLC exclusively was indeed part of a timed deal. The controversial developer announced that GTA: Episodes From Liberty City will be coming to the other two platforms the base game was available for on March 30th.
