This weeks episode is the next to last time we’ll be talking about Mass Effect 2 (aside from future DLC of course). Arsen couldn’t make it this time so we’ll give him a chance to talk about his ME2 experience in a couple weeks.

Matt and I spoil the last half of this epic game and finish things off with a short discussion on some of the other things I’ve been playing recently.

In this episode of the AmpedGaming Podcast, we discuss the game that’s currently taking up all of our free time, Mass Effect 2. There’s definitely some spoilers inside about the first 15-20 hours or so that we’ve played, so beware. After Matt has to run, Arsen and I talk about random news bits and if we’re going to be getting an iPad or not. We’re shooting for the next podcast to be recorded next Sunday, with it being part two of the Mass Effect sploogefest.

Also, I keep forgetting to mention this in the podcast itself, but we now have an email address, podcast “at” ampedgaming.com. Feel free to send us any questions, suggestions, comments or to just tell us that we suck. Any of those are fine and will let us know that someone other than my mother is listening to this.

In this slightly late posting of the AmpedGaming Podcast, we discuss the many games we played over the holidays, our most anticipated games of the first half of 2010 and spend quite a bit of time over the hour talking about Mass Effect 2. Hopefully by the time we record Episode 4, our game boners for the title will be satiated and we’ll be able to talk about something else. Actually, I highly doubt that will happen.

Alright, after a seven month hiatus, we’re back with the next episode of the AmpedGaming podcast. Since it seems like iTunes has taken down our previous two episodes, we’ll go ahead and call this Episode 1. I’ve taken over the reigns as host alongside Matthew Shafeek and this week we discuss the large amount of games we’ve been playing (both old and new), a few news items and Matt’s appearance on Robert Ashley’s podcast “A Life Well Wasted”. We should hopefully be able to do this on a weekly basis, depending on our schedules. Leave any comments or suggestions you guys have and once I figure out how to get this on iTunes, feel free to do so there as well.

Aion Beluslan Zone Tour Released

Unless you are an ostrich with your head in the ground, you have probably heard something about Aion, NCSoft’s new flight-based MMO. The game, still in development, is looking very pretty, and Aion developers are working to maintain that image. Along with a number of closed beta events, a series of trailers is trickling slowly out to us, the salivating players. The tour of the wintry Beluslan Zone has just been released and, well, let’s have a look. Scroll to the bottom for the video.

A number of other tours are available at aiononline.com. Also, keep an eye on their website for your chance to get in on the 4th Beta Event, scheduled for July 17-20.

JHuie and I started thinking about a way to promote the site. We came up with one of the most popular and logical answers we could think of, a podcast. So, a week late, here is what we got. The plan right now is to record every Sunday, when possible and then we could release the show on Monday or Tuesday. I hope that we can get people to listen and give us reviews on iTunes. Also, the software I was using cut out once or twice, so don’t expect the most cohesive show on the inaugural episode. Also, give us feedback at our new email: AmpedGamingPodcast@gmail.com.
